Developed by: Abdulla W. Alkhaja

SDTF‑HE Institutional capacity self‑assessment

This tool helps Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) self‑assess their capability across six enablers of digital transformation (DT). It produces domain scores, an overall profile, and an exportable report.

6 domains
indicators
Typical time: 20–30 minutes (indicative)

Six assessment domains

Select a domain to preview its scope, or click “Start a new assessment” to proceed in sequence.

How it works

  1. Score each indicator on a 4‑level scale (1 = Ad‑hoc, 2 = Emerging, 3 = Established, 4 = Optimising).
  2. Add brief evidence references or notes.
  3. Review domain averages and interpretation bands.
  4. Export a PDF report for internal planning.

Privacy note

Your scores are calculated and stored locally in your browser. No results are transmitted to any server unless you choose to submit optional feedback. Avoid entering sensitive or confidential information.

What you will get

  • A six‑domain radar profile
  • Domain averages + interpretation (Foundational gap → Developing capacity → Operational strength → Mature capability)
  • A printable PDF report
